Mom and I started out the week with a nice brisk walk around Centennial Lakes. It was a beautiful evening, perfect for walking outdoors this time of year! We both love Centennial Lakes - it's very pretty! It is all lit up at night with twinkle lights everywhere and there were lots of kids and adults ice skating up and down the lake. We walked the 1.43 miles in about 32 minutes and then had the warm up and cool down walking to and from mom's place to the entrance about a block from mom's.
We will try to get better pics next time. It was really too dark to get good pics of the lakes. Hope everyone has a fabulous week!!! :)

Thanks for the picture Jaime Jo :) Your mom looks C-O-L-D, but hey, you two were OUT there and getting exercise...way to go! Proud of you both...keep up the good work. So happy you have each other to encourage one another! It makes all the difference! Happy week next week, headed to bed! love ya :)
