Like JJ said we walked around the lake tonight. That was a great change! Was a little cool, but beautiful for the 8th of January in MN. They even had part of the lake roped off because the ice was too thin. Wish I had a picture to post of Jaime, but hers were all too dark. So instead I just found this. Hope everyone has another successful week!

This is great! I like it. Didn't do anything today :( One of those "couchers"...however, I did get 8 workouts in this week, so I'm happy! Tomorrow starts my week. So cool that you got to walk around the lake and enjoy the outside eventhough it was cold! Way to go!
