I tried a 'stress relief' dvd for 30-minutes. It was mostly breathing techniques & stretching. Bummer.
Friday-
Round two of 60-minutes of power pilates aka "piloxing" Ouch. Viveca Jensen, you are one crazy lady!!!!
Looking into the mirror & having one of *those* moments.

Saturday-
Dr. Oz informed me that if you eat every 3-hours (not full meals of course) that you will keep the 'i'm-hungry-hormones' away, and as a result won't overeat. Might try that today.
Lacking a wee bit of motivation.... i'll get back to y'all on the workout.

ReplyDeleteStaying focused and on track is KEY...however, not always easy...nice quote though :) let us know how your eating goes today...every three hours. We have been eating our MAIN meal in the afternoon, and that has been going good for us! Then we just eat real light in the evening. Been doing that for the past couple months and really like the results!!! :)
