So on Saturday much like today it was absolutely AMAZING weather, so we went down to alki for are first ride of the yr. with 4 trikes and 2 bikes and Hannah in the burley 8 miles long it was awesome watching the sunset over the city, you can imagine some of the looks/comments we got haha it was GREAT!!! Yesterday i did some XBOX kinect, that gets you moving and its fun :). Today is Wallyball :) I will leave with one of my favorite Quotes: Pain is weakness leaving the body. :) Keep pushing yourselves my friends.
