Harv's Update

I had a workout everyday in January except for the day that we traveled home from ND.  A minimum workout was 30 minutes of walking- did that only two or three times but sometimes did two or three of those a day.  And wallyball as many as four times a week.  Started out February with a walk on a pulled hamstring (from wallyball) yesterday, so pretty slow but did about 40 minutes.  Today, so far 35 minutes walking, quick trike ride, maybe some wallyball this evening if hammy allows.  Lost 10 lbs in January, so I figure at this pace my next day to not exercise will be somewhere around next December 16th or 17th on our way to ND, and should lose approximately 120 lbs for the year. HAHAHAHAHA!

  1. Good job! I'm slightly jealous of your 10 lbs. :) And ummm NO on the 120 lbs- that'd be SCARY! :) Love you! <3

  2. Wow, way to go Harv...ten pounds in a month is great...but the 120 1bs. is a real "knee slapper" as Daniel would say...gave me a real laugh though. One month down and eleven to go...keep up the good work!
